Consent to Tattoo a Minor

Due to the fact that many young people are tattooing themselves or allowing untrained, inexperienced people to tattoo them (often with disastrous results), we at Tattoos Forever have decided to make our professional services available to minors at least 16 years old with parental consent. Caring for a tattoo must be taken seriously and care instructions must be followed closely. Please take into consideration that healing times vary from person to person, and tattoo to tattoo. If you have any questions, before or after the tattoo, call us from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
